HOTSPOT FOR PETS is an exclusive, invitation-only pet club, and a referral code is required to start your enrolment. You can obtain a referral code through:

🔹 A direct invitation from HOTSPOT FOR PETS.
🔹 A request for an invite (subject to availability)
🔹 Your company’s Work Perks program
🔹 The City of Toronto Blue Paws program

Once you receive your referral code, you’ll need to:
✅ Sign up on GINGR - https://hotspotforpets.portal.gingrapp.com. You will need our facility  code 775261 to use Pet Parent Mobile app.
✅ Create a User Profile & Pet Profile

Once you receive your referral code, follow these steps to complete your enrolment:

✅ Sign up on GINGR – Click here to create your account. (If using the Pet Parent Mobile app, enter facility code 775261.)
✅ Create a User Profile & Pet Profile – Provide all necessary details about you and your pet(s).
✅ Upload Immunization Records – Ensure all required vaccinations are up to date.
✅ Sign the Waiver Agreement – Acknowledging HOTSPOT FOR PETS' terms & conditions.

📍 All information must be completed before booking your Initial Meet & Greet.

The Meet & Greet helps us get to know your pup and ensure they’re a great fit for HOTSPOT FOR PETS. During this visit, we will:

Do a Temperament Assessment – Check your pup’s behavior and comfort level.
Discuss Your Needs & Schedule – Learn what you're looking for in our exclusive pet club.
Go Over Membership Options – Help you choose the best package for you and your pup.

✅ If your pup passes the assessment, we’ll help you choose the best membership package based on your needs. If your pup does not pass the temperament assessment, we will guide you through our Basic Obedience Training program and schedule a reassessment at a later date.

Note: Your $15 deposit will be refunded or applied as a discount/promotion.

We offer two exclusive subscription plans:

PAW PACK – A flexible monthly plan for wellness & convenience
PAWSOME PACK – An all-inclusive annual membership for full-service care

Absolutely! You can purchase additional services anytime, including but not limited to:

✅ Daycare & Boarding

✅ Spa & wellness treatments
✅ Training sessions
✅ Exploration walks & fitness programs

If your Wee Woofer passes the temperament assessment, you’ll finalize your membership on-site during the same visit.

✅ Our team will guide you in selecting the best subscription package based on your needs.
✅ Choose between PAW PACK (monthly) or PAWSOME PACK (annual).
✅ Once subscribed, you can add extra services anytime—like daycare, boarding, spa & wellness, and training—to enhance your pet’s experience. (Additional services are billed separately as used.)

HOTSPOT FOR PETS membership is exclusively available through subscription. Membership selection is completed in person immediately after the temperament assessment.
